Responsibilities

Strategy

•Assist CEO in developing strategic agenda within the MT

•Scope and specify strategic projects

•Develop new initiatives to monetize customer data platform

Digital & Tech

•Collect and prioritize all IT related change request based on business impact

•Determine and manage the Tech roadmap

•Accelerate the adoption of current IT tools and platform for the Gold strategy

•Manage Tech (first 12 months with Stephan as coach), Product and Data teams

•

Business development (after 6-12 months, when settled in role)

•Develop Installatiewereld from prototype MVP to an internationally scalable digital platform and new profitable business line
