Who are we looking for?

An entrepreneurial, people-oriented technology leader with a proven track record in scaling engineering organizations and driving complex transformations. You combine deep technology expertise with strong business acumen, know how to inspire talented professionals and thrive in an international, fast-moving environment.

Experience in retail, digital consumer businesses or other technology-intensive organisations is a plus.
