Establish effective AI governance, processes and decision-making.
Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
Ensure responsible AI adoption, including EU AI Act compliance.
Engage senior stakeholders and build business ownership.
Create a sustainable foundation for a permanent AI leadership role.

🔎 Your profile

Proven track record in AI-driven business transformation and change management.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.
Solid understanding of AI technologies, governance and regulatory requirements.
Pragmatic, hands-on and results-oriented; a business leader rather than an AI engineer.
Fluent in English.
