We're looking for a Director of Product who loves turning ambition into action.

Our client is taking a bold next step: moving from a project-driven organisation to a truly product-led way of working. And that's where you come in. This isn't just another Product leadership role. It's your opportunity to shape how an international organisation thinks, works and creates value.

Your mission?

• Build and inspire a high-performing Product organisation.
• Lead the shift from delivering projects to creating real business impact.
• Empower teams to take ownership, innovate and continuously improve.
• Connect Business, Tech, Engineering and Data around a shared vision.
• Challenge the status quo, simplify complexity and make things happen.

What makes you a great fit?

You're an experienced Product leader and a natural change-maker. You've successfully led product transformations before and know that real change isn't about frameworks or processes — it's about people, mindset and leadership.
You think strategically, act pragmatically and bring others along on the journey. You inspire, challenge and empower. And above all, you get energy from building something that lasts.

Why this opportunity?

Because here, growth is a shared journey. You'll join an ambitious international brand, work alongside inspiring leaders and have the freedom to make a lasting difference. Big ambitions. Great people. Real impact.
